Essential Duties
- Ensure the Company meets its statutory obligations in all areas pertaining to health, safety and welfare at work, including statutory reporting
- To ensure a safe workplace environment without risk to health.
- Ensure that all accidents are documented, investigated and recommended improvements implemented.
- Maintenance of all electronic records on the computer server, as well as the maintenance of filling systems on the licensed site for hard copy records.
- Ensure on site safety performance and working practices are maintained to the highest standards via a full programme of documented regular safety tours, audits and inspections.
- Ensure training requirements are met at all times, with accurate training records.
- Keep up to date with all aspects of relevant health, safety & welfare at work legislation and communicate relevant changes to the business
- Be an active member of the local H&S Committee’s
